Your mentee profile is what program mentors read first. It has to exist before you can apply to anything.
Before you begin
- You need an LF ID (Linux Foundation ID). Creating one is free.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Have your skills, links and a short introduction ready.
Steps
- Select My Mentorship in the top navigation, or go straight to app.lfx.dev/mentorship/mentee.
- Sign in with your LF ID.
- Fill in the mentee registration form. It asks for your introduction, your skills, and the links a mentor would want to see.
- Save the profile.
After completing
Your profile is live and you can apply to programs. If you already had a profile, opening the same link takes you straight to your mentee overview instead of the form.
